Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Coverage
NASA International for Computers delivers products across Kuwait. Customers outside Kuwait may place orders; however, they must arrange pickup through their own courier service.
2. Order Processing
- Orders are processed immediately after successful online payment.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, processing begins after the automated confirmation email is generated.
- Each product may have a different delivery timeline, which will be clearly mentioned on the respective product page.
3. Delivery Charges
- Delivery charges are non-refundable if an order is cancelled after it has been dispatched from the warehouse.
4. Delivery Address Requirements
- Customers must provide a valid and complete delivery address along with accurate contact details.
- Any incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays.
5. Proof of Delivery
- All deliveries are invoiced under the name NASA International for Computers, the legal parent company of www.nasa.com.kw.
- The customer or an authorized representative must:
- Sign the invoice copy upon delivery.
- Provide their name for record purposes.
- The signed invoice will serve as proof of delivery.
6. Authorized Recipient
- If the customer is unavailable, they may authorize another person to receive the order.
- The customer must inform the customer support team or delivery driver via WhatsApp or email prior to delivery.
7. Non-Availability of Recipient
- If no recipient is available at the delivery location:
- The customer support team will attempt to contact the customer via email or message.
- The order will be kept on hold for up to 3 days.
- After 3 days, the order will be considered cancelled, and the products will be released for sale to other customers.
8. International Orders (Outside Kuwait)
- Customers outside Kuwait must arrange their own courier for pickup from the warehouse.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for international orders.
- Orders are processed only after the payment is successfully reflected in the company’s bank account.
- NASA International is not responsible for any damage or loss once the order has been handed over to the courier.
- The company is also not responsible for delays caused by banking systems or credit card processing.
