Return & Cancellation Policy

All products purchased from NASA International are eligible for return within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the item is sealed, unused, and in perfect resale condition, including all original accessories and packaging.

Customized Gaming Desktops are non-returnable.
As these systems are built specifically on customer requirements and all components are opened during the assembly process, returns or cancellations are not accepted once the order is placed.

Orders (excluding Customized Gaming Desktops) may be cancelled after placing the order by following the cancellation process available in the order history section of the customer account.

Delivery charges are non-refundable if an order is cancelled after it has been dispatched.


Refund Policy

Once a return or cancellation is approved, the refund will be initiated immediately. However, the credited amount may take 1–2 weeks to reflect in the customer’s account due to bank processing procedures.
We assure our customers that their funds are completely secure.


Warranty Policy

NASA International strictly follows the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions.
Any defective or non-functional product will be handled according to the respective manufacturer’s warranty policy. Customers will be regularly updated regarding the claim status.

If the customer prefers to claim the warranty directly through an authorized service center, our team will guide them accordingly.


Damaged or Faulty Items

In the event of a damaged or faulty product, the customer must notify our customer support team within 2 hours of receiving the item. Claims reported after this time may not be accepted.
