Delivery & Shipping Policy

All deliveries are invoiced under NASA International Company For Computers And Accessories, the legal parent company of www.nasa.com.kw.

Delivery timelines may vary by product. The estimated delivery time will be clearly mentioned on each product page and in the order details.

Delivery within Kuwait
NASA International delivers across all areas of Kuwait. Orders will be processed immediately after successful payment confirmation. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, processing will begin once the system-generated order confirmation email is issued.

Orders will be delivered according to the delivery schedule specified for each individual item in the order.

Customers are required to provide a complete and accurate delivery address, along with valid contact details, to ensure smooth delivery.

Upon delivery, the customer or an authorized representative at the delivery location must sign the invoice copy and provide their name, which will be recorded as proof of delivery and retained by NASA International Company For Computers And Accessories.

If the customer is unavailable, they may authorize another person to receive the order. This authorization must be communicated to our customer support team or delivery driver via WhatsApp or email prior to delivery.

In case no authorized recipient is available, our customer support team will contact the customer via phone, email, or message. The order will be placed on hold for up to 2 days. If delivery is not completed within this period, the order will be cancelled, and the products will be released for sale to other customers.

International Orders (Outside Kuwait)

Customers outside Kuwait may place orders and arrange product pickup through their own courier service. Cash on Delivery is not available for international orders.

Once the order is handed over to the courier company, NASA International is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay during transit.

International orders will be processed only after the payment amount is fully reflected in the bank account of NASA International Company For Computers And Accessories.
NASA International shall not be held responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or credit/debit card system issues.
